(AP) ? Occupy Portland demonstrators who have been camping outside Portland City Hall cleared the area and moved their belongings when police arrived at about 11:30 a.m. Wednesday. A day earlier, police handed out notices saying the sleeping bags, containers and signs on the sidewalk are a public nuisance.
